Return Policy
At iSells.in, we want you to have a worry-free shopping experience. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return and refund policies are designed to be fair and transparent for all our customers.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items like personal care, customized products, or innerwear are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
2. Mandotary Unboxing Video
For any claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect products, a clear unboxing video (from start to finish without any cuts) is mandatory. Without a valid unboxing video, we may not be able to process your return or refund request.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at isells.help@gmail.com. Shipping costs for returning your item are non-refundable unless the product was received damaged.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order is handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled. In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated immediately upon cancellation.
