1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time for North India is 5-7 business days, and for the rest of India, it is 7-10 business days.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
iSells.in is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Delivery Issues
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately with unboxing photos/videos. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
